Mr. Simbarashe Mupandanyama (Non-Executive)

B.Sc. (Hons) Applied Mathematics (NUST); MBA (MANCOSA)

Simba trained as a Management Consultant by Pricewaterhouse Coopers specializing in strategy and supply chain management. He rose through the ranks to become a senior manager before joining Kinetic Business Consultants where he rose to become the chief executive officer of the organisation. He has operated as a project director in several projects for blue chip companies listed on the London, Zimbabwean, South African and Botswana stock exchanges. He has exposure in the regional and international fronts through project management of KBC subsidiary enterprises and strategic partners. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Gombe Holdings since 2010.

Ms. Fadzayi Peresuh (Non-Executive)

BA (ZOU), TFS (BIC Academy)

Fadzi is currently an Office & Information Manager at the University of Zimbabwe’s College of Health Sciences under the Department of Anaesthesia & Critical Care Medicine. She has been with the university for over seventeen years where she has gained extensive knowledge including applied research, office administration, public relations, executive secretarial, travel management and the management of confidential information.

Dr. Webster Kadzatsa (Non-Executive)

MD (Warsaw) MMed Rad Onco (UZ)

Webster has been a medical practitioner for the past 14 years, having worked as a general practitioner before specialising in Oncology. He has been running a private cancer specialist medical practice since 2009. He is also a lecturer at the College of Health Science at the University of Zimbabwe and is involved in a number of medical research activities. He is a Rotarian and a member of a number of medical professional bodies where he has held administrative and regulatory positions.

Mrs. Victoria Drury (Non-Executive)

BA (Natal University), Grad.C.E (University of Zimbabwe)

Vikki started teaching at Vainona High School in 1982 and moved to Gateway High School in 1994 where she has been teaching English and History for 22 years. She is currently the Deputy Headmistress, in charge of Academics and has extensive knowledge of the education sector, in terms of academics, cultural activities and sporting activities.

Mr. Rutendo Brian Mawoyo (Executive Director)

AIOBZ

Rutendo is a banker with 19 years’ experience. He studied Executive Certificate in Treasury Management, Executive Certificate in Credit Management and Certificate in Research Methods with the University of Zimbabwe. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business. He started his banking career at Merchant Bank of Central Africa Ltd, a division of Nedbank, now MBCA Bank Ltd and moved to Genesis Investment Bank Ltd, Trust Bank Ltd, ZABG bank and Allied Bank Ltd where he held several senior positions in various departments including Treasury Front Office. He is currently the Managing Director of Axstarz.

Mrs Kudzanayi Geneva Muchenje (Executive Director)

ACCPAC (Durban)

Kudzanayi has worked as an Assistant Accountant for MPDC (Maputo Port in Mozambique) before being appointed to Operations Manager for Tera Bytes Lda (Mozambique) in 2007. Kudzanayi is active in company tax management, training, information management, project management, market research, procurement, and sales management. She has earned high standards of professional prominence through her regional affiliations. She is currently the Sales and Marketing Director of Axstarz.

Ms Patience Rumbidzai Rupende (General Manager)

HSW (UZ)

Patience holds a Bachelor of Social Work Honours degree with the University of Zimbabwe. Patience has interned with Population Services International(PSI) as well as the Ministry of Labour Public Service and Social Welfare. In addition to this she has extensive knowledge and experience in business administration, stakeholder engagement, leadership and advocacy as she was trained under the Safaids Young Women Leadership and Advocacy Programme. Before her promotion to General Manager, Patience worked as Business Administrator at Axstarz.
